A production studio, not a clip generator.

Most AI video tools hand back a five-second clip and leave the user to assemble a video somewhere else. Capturable owns the entire production workflow: an AI planner turns an idea or script into a structured scene plan, a storyboard locks the look and cast, the generation pipeline renders every shot with continuity carried between them, and a browser-based multi-track timeline finishes the cut for delivery.

It operates as a production multi-tenant SaaS — organizations, team seats, role-based administration, per-tenant quotas, and an append-only credit ledger that prices every generation in transparent US dollars before the user clicks. Capturable launched publicly in July 2026 and is the primary revenue engine of the Capstra Labs portfolio.

Formerly Blazen AI. The product was renamed to Capturable in 2026 and now operates at capturable.ai. The prior brand and its aicliplabs.com domain are retired.

Four things competitors cannot claim together.

Every feature ladders to one of these four pillars. They define what Capturable is and what it refuses to be — a thin wrapper over someone else's API.

Finished, not fragments

One idea becomes a complete production. Script-to-video planning, a visual storyboard, a multi-track studio timeline, and a delivery-ready export — inside a single workspace, with no round-trip to a desktop editor.

Your cast, every scene

Locked character references, voice clones, places, branding, and style bibles carry across every shot, reinforced by frame-chaining continuity and automated continuity scoring. Character drift is the failure mode that single-shot tools cannot solve.

We own the engine

Capturable Gen 2 runs on frontier compute we operate, covering video, image, and natively synced audio. Outside vendors are used where they win a specific shot — never as the single point of failure. Vendors can change terms; customers keep working.

Priced in plain dollars

Every generation displays its exact cost before it runs. An append-only credit ledger reserves, captures, and refunds against each job, so spend is auditable per user, per organization, and per provider — never a black-box token balance.

Where customers already work

A web application, a desktop application, a WooCommerce store plugin, agent skills for Claude, and a REST API. Video production meets the catalog, the storefront, and the terminal instead of demanding a new workflow.

Built as production software

Multi-tenant from the first commit: authentication, active-plan gating, rate limits, credit reservation, content-policy enforcement, queue-backed rendering, and administrative margin controls guard every generation path.

Idea to delivered film.

The pipeline is the product. Each stage hands structured state to the next, so a change made late does not force the work to start over.

Stage 01 — Plan

AI planner and script

A chat-guided planner interviews the creator, then produces a structured scene set: beats, shot lists, durations, characters per scene, and a cost estimate. Scripts can be written, pasted, or generated, and the plan is reviewed for continuity and prompt quality before a single credit is spent.

Stage 02 — Board

Storyboard, frames, and casting

Every beat becomes a board card with its own shot list and prompt. Characters, places, branding, and style are locked from reusable libraries, and start frames are generated and approved before motion — the cheapest place to catch a mistake.

Stage 03 — Generate

Queue-backed multi-model generation

Scenes are enqueued, not blocked on. Workers route each shot to the right engine, chain the last frame of one scene into the next for continuity, and apply post-processing — upscaling, face consistency, lip sync, and an output safety scan — before the shot returns to the project.

Stage 04 — Finish

Studio editor and delivery

A browser-based multi-track timeline carries video, B-roll, voiceover, music, sound effects, captions, and overlays with frame-level control. Dedicated render workers export the locked cut at delivery resolution and aspect ratio for every platform the customer publishes to.

What the platform does.

  • Chat-guided AI planner producing structured, costed, multi-scene plans
  • Storyboard with per-scene shot lists, prompts, and batch generation
  • Character bible, voice clones, places, branding, and style bibles for consistency
  • Clip-to-clip continuity with frame chaining and continuity scoring
  • Multi-track studio timeline: video, audio, voiceover, music, captions, overlays
  • Text-to-video, image-to-video, image generation and editing, and scene swapping
  • AI voiceover, generated music beds, sound effects, and auto captions
  • Playground for running any single capability standalone, without a full project
  • Automations that plan, generate, and deliver recurring content on a schedule
  • Organization asset library, project sharing, and public showcase pages
  • Delivery-resolution export with aspect-ratio presets for every publishing surface
  • REST API and agent skills for programmatic generation

Capturable Gen 2.

Gen 2 is our own generation model, running on frontier compute we operate. It is the reason Capturable is a technology company rather than a reseller: unit economics, safety policy, and roadmap are ours, and a vendor's price change or shutdown does not take the product offline.

Gen 2 generates stills, cinematic clips, and scenes with natively synced audio, then finishes them on the same node with upscaling, face consistency, lip sync, and an output safety scan. Jobs run through an authenticated API with a tamper-evident audit log and predictable VRAM scheduling.

Because generation is in-house, Capturable can give away a genuine free tier every week, price paid plans on real marginal cost, and offer enterprise customers a dedicated Gen 2 server with generation billed near our own cost. Models from outside vendors remain available on paid plans and are routed to per shot, with automatic fallback when a provider degrades.

Modalities

Video, image, and natively synced audio, generated on frontier compute we own

On-node finishing

Upscale, face consistency, lip sync, and automated output safety scanning

Routing

A single gateway selects between Gen 2 and outside vendors per shot, with cost estimation, retries, and fallback

Free tier

Funded by owned capacity: 20 images and 3 videos every week, no card required

Four live surfaces, two in development.

Capturable ships where the work already happens — the browser, the desktop, the storefront, and the coding agent. Every surface is served by the same API, so a project started in one is finished in another.

Web applicationLive

The full studio at capturable.ai — planner, storyboard, generation, timeline editor, asset library, and billing. Free to start, no card required.

Desktop applicationLive

A Windows and macOS application for creators who want local storage of their footage alongside the cloud studio, with the same account and projects.

WooCommerce pluginLive

Store owners generate product placement photos and multi-scene product videos from the WordPress product editor, in bulk, using their real product images as references.

Agent skills & APILive

A REST API plus packaged skills that let Claude and other coding agents plan, cost, and render productions directly from a terminal or an automated workflow.

Mobile applicationsIn development

iOS and Android clients are built and in internal testing ahead of store submission. They are not yet publicly available.

Shopify appIn development

A Shopify equivalent of the WooCommerce integration is planned so merchants on either platform can generate catalog video in place.

Subscription revenue on known unit economics.

Every tier carries an included generation balance priced from real provider and compute cost with a defined margin multiplier. Overage is optional pay-as-you-go on the upper tiers rather than a hard stop, and the free tier runs exclusively on capacity we own.

Publicly listed plans as of July 2026. Yearly figures are the per-month equivalent when billed annually. Current pricing always governs at capturable.ai/pricing.
Plan Monthly Yearly (per month) Built for
Free $0 $0 20 images and 3 videos every week on Capturable Gen 2, no card required
Hobby $19.99 $12.00 Individual creators publishing regularly

Studio $299.99 $249.99 High-volume production teams at the lowest standard margin
Enterprise Custom A dedicated Capturable Gen 2 server, generation near our cost, prepaid balance, tuned safety rules, and seat onboarding

A separate free integrations tier, Capturable Connect, exists for WooCommerce and WordPress merchants: it runs only on our own models and is funded by purchased credit rather than a subscription, so a store can generate catalog media without committing to a monthly plan.

How it is built.

Capturable is a TypeScript monorepo under strict compilation, split into a web client, a REST API, generation and render workers, and domain packages that own the critical paths no other code is allowed to bypass.

Provider gateway

A single service owns every external AI call: model selection, cost estimation, retries, fallback, and usage events. No feature code touches a vendor SDK directly, so adding or dropping a provider is a contained change.

Credit ledger

All debits, credits, refunds, and adjustments are append-only and immutable. Balances are derived, never overwritten, which makes spend reconstructible per job and safe under concurrent generation.

Queue-backed media jobs

Generation and export are enqueued and consumed by dedicated workers. API requests return a job identifier immediately, so long renders never hold a connection open or fail behind a gateway timeout.

Gated generation paths

Authentication, active plan, rate limit, and credit reservation are enforced in order before any paid call, with bot checks and hard budgets on anonymous surfaces. Content policy is applied and recorded at every gate.

Platform stack

Next.js and React on the client, Fastify on the API, PostgreSQL with a migration-first schema, Redis-backed queues, S3-compatible storage behind a signed CDN, and Stripe for subscriptions, metering, and invoicing.

Verified deploys

Unit, integration, and end-to-end suites gate the pipeline; provider adapters are tested against mocked HTTP rather than live vendors. Production deploys run only from a passing build, with a scripted smoke test against the live API.

Who Capturable serves.

E-commerce and DTC brands

Product photos become on-brand product video without a studio, a crew, or an agency invoice — generated directly against the catalog through the store integration.

Agencies and freelancers

Client volume without headcount: team seats, per-client branding and character libraries, API access, and near-cost enterprise generation rates.

Creators and UGC marketers

Script to finished film with consistent characters, voiceover, and captions baked in — including vertical ad formats — starting on a free weekly allowance.
